On September 14th, 2007, GameTech International Incorporated - a designer, developer and marketer of bingo equipment, systems and other gaming devices - announced that they have received an order to make and install their server-based wireless gambling platform in five places in the continent of Europe.
The gambling system will be composed of the brand new GameTech Elite server based platform and Wi-Fi based applications. The brand new GameTech Elite system will manage gambling results and operate various gaming software. GameTech Mini, a gambling device will allow players to enjoy online bingo by connecting to five online casino sites to a common game and by also allowing players to play the usual games like Video Poker, Video keno and Video Reels.
GameTech expects the system to be put in place before G2E and will be studying the possibilities before broadening their applications for the rest of the year.
Under the GameTech name, the organization sells bingo related equipment and system. Under the Summit Gaming name, the company sells video lottery terminal, slots equipment and other gaming devices. GameTech International makes different wireless gambling applications and equipment aside from gambling software and slot games.
GameTech also serves customers from the United States, Canada, Japan, Mexico, Norway, Philippines and the United Kingdom. The company was established in 1994 and maintains a headquarters in Reno, Nevada.
