On May 29th, 2009, lottery officials are adding a brand new feature to their widely popular and successful Club keno game-a progressive jackpot that grows every 4 minutes. "The Jack" begins on Monday, June 1st 2009 and will permit players to shell out an additional one dollar to check a box on the wagering slip that will place a computer-generated, 7 digit numbers to Club Keno numbers the player is betting.
The brand new keno feature will possess a jackpot that begins at $2,000, which is separate from the winning amount for the standard keno drawing. If no player matches all the 7 digits, the jackpot will grow by $100 or more depending on the number of players, because sixty percent of the cash amount on "The Jack" will be added to its cash pot.
